Visual Studio 2015 was gave me this error today so I searched the InterTubes and found many people reporting the same error since around 2013. For most people, repairing the Azure tools for Visual Studio from Control Panel seem to solve the problem but not for me. However, I did noticed that my dev box had every single Azure SDKs and tools installed since version 1.6 so I uninstalled the old stuff and only kept the latest versions and voilà, problem solved, VS is now happy!
I recently switched to a Moto X Play and so far, I'm very pleased. The 5.5" form factor is perfect for me and the device is not too big and not too small. It's not a flagship phone but it has enough good features to be worthwhile.
For me, the 3630 mAh battery is the killer feature. It doesn't make the device too thick (curve: 8.9-10.9mm) or too heavy (169 grams) and I can get two days of heavy use out of a single charge. Good job Motorola!
After updating my Dellasaurus to Windows 10 1511, I couldn't connect to my Wi-Fi network. This box is a dev machine with some funky network switches and bridges that are beyond my basic networking skills. The error message was that some network protocols were not installed on my machine. Wait! What protocols? Where are they missing? Thanks Windows for keeping me in the dark.
Turn out that the solution was to simply enable TCP on the Network Bridge adapter. But why did updating to 1511 messed that up? Arf arf!

Microsoft announced a series of new European Azure data centres located in the UK and Germany that will open in 2016. Interestingly, the German ones will be managed by Deutsche Telekom and not by Microsoft. This will ensure that a German company retains control of the data and act as a "data trustee".
