I was adding some new functionalities to an existing ASP.NET MVC app that uses Telerik's Kendo UI for ASP.NET MVC and there was one behavior that was annoying me.  When the page was scrolled, the list part of any dropdownlist control was showing offset from the controls.  After a little research, turns out that the previous developer mismatched the JQuery version.  The solution was simply to point to the JQuery file bundled with Kendo UI.
